Our client, Mr. J H Choi’s application for Visitor Extension has been approved finally.

Congratulations!

We submitted his application on November 3rd, 2010 and it took 126 days to be approved.  How could it take longer than 4 months!?  It has been ridiculous since last summer, but what can we do?  Anyway, we appreciate Mr. Choi for his patience and let’s get another approval for your Labour Market Opinion application!

Mr. HIK’s PR application has been finally approved from the Seattle Visa Office.  His application was initially submitted to Buffalo visa office  in April 2010 right after BC PNP approval, but his file was transferred to Seattle Visa Office on Nov. 10, 2010, then finalized on March 2011 by submitting his passport.  His civil document had to be updated to the Settle visa office, but in total, his PR application was taking 11 months.  Congratulations! -D-

Ms. JMS submitted her TRV (Visitor’s Records) for the second time on Oct. 28, 2010 and it was approved on March 7, 2011.  Her extension reason was based on the common-law partnership in Canada, and it was not an issue to extend her visitor status.  Congratulation on your wedding in last months, and look forward to continuously work on your sponsorship application.   -D-

Ms. JIB’s initial PR application is approved and CIC Visa office in Buffalo requested to go through the medical exam.  Her application was submitted on Sep. 2010, after 6 months, medical was requested.  Once she goes through the medical exam, she will be requested to submit original passport to get a PR visa on the passport.  Congratulation, JIB!

Ms. T.O. PR application has been finally approved in 10 months from the Buffalo Visa Office!
